Before this, he studied at MIT as an undergraduate, where he then completed an M.S. in Political Science, later earning a PhD in Political Science at Columbia University. He also served in the U.S. Air Force and maintains his service on the Joint Staff in the Air Force Reserve. Dr. Lin-Greenberg’s current research spans the intersection of technology, media, international politics, and conflict, and includes more narrow focus on topics such as how emerging military technology affects conflict dynamics and use of force. Throughout his academic career, Dr. Lin-Greenberg has published in major journals and policy outlets, taught multiple undergraduate and graduate courses, for which he received the distinguished 2021 Levitan Teaching Award, and serves as a Faculty Fellow for MIT’s Burchard Scholars Program. </h3>
