Plinth of Peeking
Plinths harness the power of omniscient obsidian, placed in the same formation as Minecraft Beacons.
When an Ender Eye is placed on the plinth and is then activated, a player is able to temporarily embody the power of the eye to peek at the world around them, without any physical constraints.

* = Range in blocks from the centre of a Plinth before a player is kicked from peeking
** = Length a player can peek before being returned to the plinth
plinthRangeMultiplier - Multiplies the standard values of the different Plinth Tiers range. A Tier 1 Plinth with a multiplier of 0.8 = (0.8 x 20)
plinthDurationMultiplier - Multiplies the standard values of the different Plinth Tiers duration. A tier 1 Plinth with a a multiplier of 2 = (2 x 30 seconds)
