This milestone represents a very basic, bare-metal Serpent OS install.

It has a target audience of exactly one person and their PC: Ikey and his laptop (installed to an external USB drive in an enclosure)

The overarching goal is to use this as a Test Driven Development milestone for ensuring that the new rust-based moss and boulder tooling enables Ikey to build and deploy a working (but deliberately slim/barebones) GNOME desktop that he can update and use for his $DAYJOB, including meetings.
