This PR

  • updates node version from 18.12.1 to 18.18.1
  • upgrades several outdated dependencies
  • fixes several type issues in actions core and destinations

Testing

This is a Draft PR, testing still in progress.

  • Added unit tests for new functionality
  • Tested end-to-end using the local server
  • [Segmenters] Tested in the staging environment
