This project contains resources and scripts to apply predictive analysis on Tuberculosis data to predict treatment outcomes of a set of patients under treatment.
To execute experiment using provided sample data, simply run "Run_me.R" in R Studio or any other R IDE. The script should generate output.out file, containing all results produced.
