When setting up locally for the first time, I ran into issues because the default yarn version installed by volta was the latest yarn version (4.x.x) instead of (1.x.x).
The project is not setup to work with the latest version of yarn, so lets declare which version we want to use in the package.json.
Other changes in the MR happened as a result of some package.json linting.
