  • Add preferences for:
    • How to handle artwork from Audible:
      • Use Audible cover.
      • Download cover but don't overwrite existing.
      • Don't download cover.
    • Don't use Audible genres (relies on having embedded genres).
  • Add audible.ca support (closes #7)

Enhancements

  • Code cleanup - It's a lot easier to see what is going on where.
  • Code modularization - Most functions do 1 thing or have 1 result now.
  • Clearer and less spammy logging.
