Issue #141 Misc Items: Suspenders, Arming Sword, Cardigan

For Issue #141:

I've added a few miscellaneous items:

• Suspenders
• Arming Sword (I only added the walk, down, and idle, the rest was grabbed directly from Eliza's animations)
• Cardigan (only added Longsleeve, didn't feel the need to do other variations)

Next update should be the final batch of LPC Revised assets (which will also close Issue #141), at least until Eliza starts adding more.
