Fix typo in username

New turtlebot4 release team member is civerachb-cpr, not civerach-cpr. Fixes unnoticed typo in #607.

Fortunately civerach-cpr doesn't exist as a username on Github, so there was never any mystery stranger! Sorry about the mix-up; I swear, most of the time I can spell my own name! But in my defense, my parents did give me a very long, hard-to-spell one :p
