floats need to be ints for many methods in python 3.10

There may be other instances but these are all the cases that threw exceptions when I opened a few bags with python 3.10.6 and python3 qt5 5.15.6

These changes were necessary for us too, after migrating to Python 3.10. Thanks for sharing the patch. 👍
