[remocon] undefined subscriber error when it is run in concert #25

When remocon is run as concert mode, the following error is occurred. It is because remocon find subscribe topic regarding pairing status.

[ERROR] [WallTime: 1431302258.449233] [Client 0] [id: subscribe:undefined:6] subscribe: Expected a topic field but none was found.
