This PR:

  • replaces the old gripper with the 3-finger gripper
  • allows gripper commands to move the gripper
  • reworks the opening and closing of the gripper to be closer to reality by using colliders for the fingers, moving them while
    opening or closing, and lowering the range to create a link between gripper and workpiece

Grabbing workpieces with this gripper does not work using the conveyor-align method! Gazebo probably deviates too much from reality.
