Unlink skia from goldens

Also delete TestingWindow::Renderer (it's always tied to the TestingWindow subclass now), and delete the Skia renderers. This drastically speeds up link times. Diffs= 9b755ed5b Unlink skia from goldens (#7991) Co-authored-by: Chris Dalton <[email protected]>
