  • Created VectorConfig class for maintaining the vector config (i.e. vl, vlmax, sew, lmul, ta, ma)
  • Refactored Decode to be able to remove the vector uop queue
  • Moved tail undisturbed support from Rename to the VectorUopGenerator
  • Cleaned up vector tester
