gitmodules: Drop dejagnu tracking branch

We recently moved Dejagnu to the upstream master branch's top commit. Therefore there is no need to set a tracking branch to 'dejagnu-1.6.3'. Signed-off-by: Christoph Müllner <[email protected]>
