This release changes the mainnet chain ID on the EVM side from 1111 to 1011.
All the wallet configurations (like Metamask, Coinbase wallet) and the software web3 interacting with the EVM/Ethermint has to be updated from 1111 to 1011.
The Cosmos chain id remains reb_1111-1
