Qubic, based on Quorum consensus, serves as a platform for smart contracts, oracles, and outsourced computations. Operating on a feeless model, Qubic eliminates transaction fees. The network is supported by a useful Proof of Work mechanism aimed at fostering the development of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
