"Versioning"

We decided to publish some snapshots from time to time. Therefore, while the documentation will link to latest so changes and updates are published as they are committed, more static/stable resources like books should choose a snapshot and cite there to ensure notebooks stay the same.

Notebooks in this example gallery are a collaborative and continuous effort, and none should be expected to be permanent. i.e. as the state of the art changes so might do the notebook to always reflect best known practices, as we add more features we might need to split notebooks that become too long into pieces...

The scheme we have decided to follow is YYYY.0M.MICRO as defined at https://calver.org/#scheme
