Fix android boot issue in SRIOV mode

Reverted minigbm patches that causes android boot issue in SRIOV mode.

Tests done:
- caas boot in GVT-d and SRIOV mode
- aaos boot in GVT-d and SRIOV mode
- dGPU GVT-d boot
- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth on/off/connect/disconnect
- adb reboot
- adb remount
- CtsDeqpTestCases with 0 failures in GVT-d mode
