Removes [axios](https://github.com/axios/axios). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@pnp/cli-microsoft365](https://github.com/pnp/cli-microsoft365). These dependencies need to be updated together. Removes `axios` Updates `@pnp/cli-microsoft365` from 6.11.0 to 7.1.0
## 🎯 Aim The aim is to check for a specific version of yo (4.3.1) and install this one and not the latest one ## 📷 Result installs the correct version of yo which overwrites any other currently installed version  check for the correct version of yo   ## ✅ What was done - [X] Updated dependency validation ## 🔗 Related issue Closes: #138
