Added examples for how to set a static colour or brightness using the effects system, as was raised on the forums.
Also included an implementation for colour blinking, inspired by https://forums.pimoroni.com/t/rgb-led-kit-for-tiny-fx-tutorial/25293/15, but using a new
CyclingActionclass to trigger the colour change.
