Workflow: iridanext.output.json.gz file integrity validation

The iridanext.output.json.gz output file could be malformed in the following ways.

• sample puid's referenced does not exist
• sample puid's exist but are not joined to workflow execution via samples workflow executions
• metadata is malformed
• gzip file is corrupt
• file is not gzipped
• json is malformed
• files specified in file do not exist in the blob directory

The integrity of the file should be validated before completion begins
