Fixes bsp-config-dest task updating xml2js version #19

bsp-config-dest task breaks becouse xml2js dependency xmlbuilder version is not frozen

in xml2js:0.4.15 depends on xmlbuilder:>=2.0.9 the current version of xmlbuilder is 13.0.2 which is downloaded.

in xml2js:0.4.16 it is frozen to xmlbuilder: ~4.0.1

Updating xml2js to 0.4.16 everything works well
