TTS (Text to talk) for lists and nav to destination. Enable by Application State/Enable Talk.
Test by

  1. tapping on a List item and moving up/down with Volume Up/Down keys,
  2. setting Destination and navigating in a Plan.

BEWARE: This has a problem (bug?) - when Android unloads the application the TTS feature stops working (you get message "No text-to-speech language available")
