Place App: Weekly promoted place #1153

This PR make the "Places list" of the "Places App" highlighting the first place in the list as the weekly promoted place:
A full size picture with no blur, with a bigger text size for the title and a less shortened description.

Note: Just for you to know, the list ordering was already designed to change the ordering every 5 days (using a seeded random) So that part isn't new, only the first frame is display larger.
