- pass quorum flag to etcd (#207)
- better asd rocksdb cache size default (#210)
- no longer use rocksdb recycle_log_file_num to prevent asd startup problems (#197) and random shutdowns (#211)
- fix backwards compatibility with pre 0.9.6 releases (#213)
- some travis & jenkins improvements
