Description

The changes proposed in this PR add commands to set permission-bits of OpenSearch configuration files and directories created during installation of OpenSearch via RPM and DEB packages to more secure values.

Reviewed this further with @mnin . Issue #3815 involves the security plug-in and directories/files it creates. Closing this PR with reference to this (comment)[https://github.com//issues/3815#issuecomment-1671993498] on issue #3815 as the solution is better handled elsewhere (ex. https://github.com/opensearch-project/security/blob/main/tools/install_demo_configuration.sh) rather than the changes proposed by this PR.
