Description

Adds the initial ACM files to

  • Register clusters as odh-core or near-edge
  • ACM Channel to register a git repo for the GitOps configs
  • Application & ACM Subscription to install openshift-pipelines and opendatahub operatos on odh-core cluster(s)
  • Create ODH CR to deploy the odh-cre stack

How Has This Been Tested?

Currently running on out test cluster

Merge criteria:

Verification that the config is applied without errors after and ACM Application sync
