This PR adds support for Cisco's fnic2 fabric module, which relies on targetcli-fb and rtslib-fb for configuration with LIO.

fnic2 does not appear to be in the mainline Linux kernel. Any plans to get it merged?

Hi Andy,
Yes, fnic2 is being submitted to the kernel currently, although due to the merge window, it may not be included for a couple of weeks. It will likely start out in drivers/staging and then move, hopefully quickly, to its permanent home.

Let me know when the kernel code is in Nick's target git repo and I will pull this in. Thanks.

Okay, this is likely going to be in James Bottomley's or Martin Petersen's SCSI repo, as opposed to the target (due to future work on the driver), but I will let you know when it is pulled into a maintainer's tree. Thanks!
