Static v0.2.0-alpha

This is the second official release, bringing support for more events and now command support!

Added:

• Private and channel PRIVMSG hooks for modules
• Command hooks for modules and command prefix configuration

Static v0.1.0-alpha

This is the first release of Static.

What works:

• Configuring an IRC connection
• Connecting to IRC and joining channels
• Loading modules and running hooks in them

What doesn't work:

• Anything actually useful
