Bump dtcw to current version (V0.36)

- The wrapper should use the current version of docToolchain (2.1.0)
- Switching to a current version is a good idea anyways
- Locally I had problems to run `dtcw htmlSanityCheck`
  It was switching to a directory $HOME/.sdkman/candidates/doctoolchain/2.0.2 and tried to find the microsite/output there.

  * What went wrong:
  A problem was found with the configuration of task :htmlSanityCheck (type HtmlSanityCheckTask).
  > Directory /Users/ascheman/.sdkman/candidates/doctoolchain/2.0.2/microsite/output specified for property sourceDir does not exist.
