Budget and Spending

Notes on SAG Grants

SAG grants should be applied for at the beginning of the semester. Previous proposal(s) are documented below. Unfortunately, to spend SAG grant money, an individual must pay and then be reimbursed. The reimbursement form as of Fall 2018 is linked here. Katherine McDonough has been the person to contact to get these forms and to submit reimbursements.

Reminder that Olin is a tax-free institution. Since SAG grants come from Olin, they are also tax-free. This can sometimes be difficult, especially with online orders. Adafruit lets you create an account that's tax-free, but it involves snail mail, so get on it early.

Fall 2018

In addition to general support from Dave Barrett and the RoboLab, the team received a SAG grant from Olin for $590. The proposal can be found here. An overview of what was bought can be found on this google sheet.
