Version 0.1.0: Ask for an end time when stopping a timer

When stopping a running timer, the workflow will now ask you for an end time. It will default to the current time, but you can change it to any other valid time in the past or in the future.

When you enter an invalid formatted time, the workflow told you so. What has changed is that now the workflow will stop right there to not cause anything unintended. This applies to the Stop Timer as well as to Start Timer workflows.
