Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a say all configuration profile and assign it to say all
  2. Activate say all in a text editor or document (e.g. Firefox, notepad, browse mode)3. Stop say all and instead manually navigate through a document

Actual behavior:

Braille output sticks to the state before activating say all. Even when stopping say all, braille is broken until you navigate in and out of the document.

Expected behavior:

Braille follows along with say all and after leaving say all
