manifest: sdk-zephyr: Ble tester sample ext adv parameters

The bluetooth tester sample hardcoded extended advertisement parameters for the BAP Broadcast tests which may not be compatible with all controllers. This PR is for testing the tester without the problematic parameter. signed-off-by: Frode van der Meeren <[email protected]>
