hi @ainouzgali @rifont, I was wondering if there is anything I need to do for this PR it has been stale for a month, This provider adds supoprt to Turkey which can open the business to 80 million people. |

Adding the sms provider Verimor
Verimor is a turkish telecom provider, which would grant cheaper sms fees for clients in Türkiye
This PR closes #6152
