WISH LIST:

NEW ITEM: Is it possible to add username:password to access the website xxxx.azurewebsites.net

ITEM ONE: We need just one device to carry... What about using a rasberry pi that takes the place of the dexcom receiver. It could do all the dexcom receiver functions plus wifi war driving so that it can upload data to mongolabs wherever you go. Why carry two devices, the receiver and a mobile phone. Why pay for a data plan? Just some thoughts. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wardriving http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-yJvloXv0dc http://www.adafruit.com/products/1565 You can war drive and avoid all licensing costs with embedded linux on a raspberry. You can run android on a rasberry but I am not sure how stable it is. There is an arduino board effort that is pretty far along. Bottom line we should aim for one device that is easy to use and inexpensive. However, I am very grateful we have a solution now. -Necroscope

ITEM TWO: A nightscout raspberry pi bundle. I host node and mongodb at home. I don't like paying for hosting. It is complicated to setup. I just decided to host my mongodb and node.js on the raspberry pi to keep electrical costs down. It would be cool to mass produce this setup. Have a raspberry appliance that you plug into you home network and right off the bat it gives you everything you need for nightscout in the cloud run through your own home wifi. You can get a rasberry pi for a one time cost of $35.00. All we need is a nightscout/linux bundle image for the raspberry. Please remember hosting at home is only an option for extreme engineers right now. -Necroscope

ITEM THREE: More wearables like the google glass and the Apple iWatch https://github.com/nightscout/nightscout.github.io/wiki/Wearables

ITEM Four: Flag a specific uploader so that if you have two different uploaders, such as a standard NS setup and a backup xDrip rig, you could easily decipher which up-loader rig you are viewing on the NS website. Perhaps just add this data to the hover-over popup.
