Docs - Sort utilities alphabetically

Changes:

• Readme - sort utilities alphabetically
• astro.config.mjs - sort items alphabetically

Releated Issue:
closes #60

Note -
The astro part can be done via sort() function, however since the reamde should be maintined manually anyone, i think its better to leave the astro sorted manually as well.

I resolved, formatted and push-forced the new changes. should be fine now
