Add percentile rank scores computed based on random natural peptides, either given by tools itself, e.g. by mhcflurry, or compute consistently for all tools.

This is added now to Epytope by @jonasscheid , it will be added to the pipeline in the next release

This is added now to Epytope by @jonasscheid , it will be added to the pipeline in the next release

The next (first) release of Epytope will only provide rank scores for the NetMHC tool family. I guess we should postpone this and add it to a milestone > 2.1.0.
