Bugfix and improvements on biometric-ed25519 package

Motivation

This PR contains fixes and improvements for fido2 part of biometric-ed25519.

• Upgrade fido2-lib to 3.4.1 (latest)
• Updated authenticatorUserVerification attribute of fido2 from 'discouraged' to 'preferred'
  (https://www.w3.org/TR/webauthn-2/#enum-userVerificationRequirement)
• Updated cryptoParams attribute of fido2 to include RS256 algorithm which is accepted on android (by adding -257 )
  https://www.w3.org/TR/webauthn-2/#typedefdef-cosealgorithmidentifier

Test Plan

I have manually tested above change within near-discovery + using android studio on mac environment to simulate the android experience.
