Sorry for the basic question, but how does one tell whether nanopore data has been produced by the E8 or E8.1 enzyme (which determines the appropriate bonito model)? I guess it is a function of the flow cell version? For example, I have data from flow cell FLO-PRO002 with sequencing kit SQK-ULK001, and I'm not sure which bonito model to pick. Thanks in advance!
