I am interested to know what the --batchsize and --chunksize options of the basecaller do?
Maybe it could also be useful to have a CLI help message for these parameters.
For a little more context, I am basecalling with the --save-ctc option and intend to use the output to train a model. Should the basecall and train batch and chunk sizes be the same?
