  1. Better detection of free text Chime meetings, including ignoring Chime website URLs
  2. Better handling of cases where Outlook is not running:
    a. New setting to determine if we should automatically launch Outlook if it's not already running
    b. Avoid all queries to Outlook if it's not running and we're not auto-launching (includes new icon to indicate this state to users)
