The use case

For CSM there a 4 ways to render an article:

Normal output
Override by object state for articles in a new design
Override by layout to render the article in a text version
Override by layout and by object state (new design), rendering the article in a new text design

I'm unsure why we did not archive this with a correct order of override rules:

I guess we keep this open until that requirement comes up again and it is not archivable (for some reason) by a correct order of override rules.
