`init_filters()` is only called in automatic flags adjustment logic when called with `-l{1...14}` command line arg.
When called with `-DGEFLPjx` we set `pctx.advanced_opts=1` which jumps over section that calls `init_filters()`
We need to call `init_filters(&ff)` and adjust `pctx` flags accordingly before exiting `init_pc_context()`
