Airbridge

The airbridge command is a simple, useful tool. It is intended to allow you to build a bridge high up in the air to travel long distances. The bot will do the travel for you and will watch that it does not fall down.

Constructing the bridge

Stand on the start point of your bridge. It should be so high that it does not hit any mountains on the way. Something like y=200 is a good height. You get a good overview of the landscape and can jump down in any river beneath the bridge.

Get some stacks of half slabs. Any half slab type will do. You can fill your whole inventory, the bot will automatically move the stacks to the hot bar. You can also add something to eat on the hot bar.

Place one half slab on the ground and stand on it. This is your start (reference) point. Write down the coordinates or set a home point. Look in the direction you want the bridge to be built. Now enter:

/minebot airbridge

The bot will start building that bridge.

Once the bot ran out of material, simply go back to the start point (or teleport, if you can):

/minebot walk <x> <z>

Now refill the inventory. Look at the direction the bridge should go, then enter:

/minebot airbridge

The bot will walk the bridge and start building as soon as it detects any missing slabs.

Using the bridge

Stand on the bridge. Look at the direction you want to go. Now enter:

/minebot airbridge 1500

The bot will walk 1500 meters. It will check the bridge for damage and repair it using half slabs if it can. It will stop at that position.
