PORT: Changes for SWI-cpp2.h version 2

Thank you, much appreciated. I don't understand the change in DESCRIPTION, though (Authors@R is the normal way to include authors).

The reason for changing DESCRIPTION is that without the change, I got this when I tried to test (more details at https://swi-prolog.discourse.group/t/cpp2-exceptions/6040/72 ) - perhaps because I have an older version of R?):

$ (cd ..; R CMD check rolog)
