Some cleaning
- Requires now clojure 1.6.0 for clojure.walk
Support other formats in addition to JSON
- Uses the ring-middleware-format to parse requests and encode responses
Fixes #43: Middlewares added to route with :middlewares shouldn't leak to other routes in same context anymore
