Adds a missing lower temperature bound (-40C) for two sensors during data sanity checking.

We generally want to just output data as-is and not supress edge cases. I think it's ok to do this here, but just to illustrate: there are some hygrometers that will output -10 or 110 as relative humidity for out of bounds situations. |
