This PR adds a cheatsheet for Colemak-DH Wide1 and fixes Colemak-DH cheatsheet to include the Angle Mod2, which is canonically a part of Colemak-DH.
It is kind of hard to represent the way custom keyboard layouts like Colemak-DH look on ANSI vs ISO keyboards3 with the physical and the functional layouts being separated into different user-facing variables,4 as Colemak-DH and Colemak-DH Wide vary in key placement depending on the physical layout:
